One of our key aims as part of The Institute Restoration Project, is to create an accessible creative space that can meet the highest expectations of everyone that walks through our doors.

 

As part of this, we have recently established an Essential Companion Register for any customers who require a carer to accompany them on a visit to our venue. By registering, you will gain exclusive access to complimentary Essential Companion tickets online through your ticketsolve account. We endeavour to offer this on all shows, but there may be some exceptions.

In order to register, proof of eligibility is required. Some of the accepted forms of proof include:

• Front page of DLA (Medium or Higher rate)

• Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate required)

• Front page of PIP (no specific rate required)

• Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)

• Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

• Credibility Access Card (with +1 icon)
